We can cancel or change your order only if they’ve not been shipped. Write to us at kanpurwriters@gmail.com to modify/cancel your order.

We mail you the tracking id as soon as the order is dispatched.
How Can I Return a Product?
We take returns only incase the product you’ve received is defective. In case of defective or damaged products please write to us at kanpurwriters@gmail.com with appropriate images/videos of the issue & we shall arrange return for you. Please note the defective product needs to be shipped at our company address by the customer.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
For domestic orders we accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets . For international orders we accept PayPal only.
What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
You don’t require a PayPal account, you can chose to pay via Debit or Credit Card for domestic payments. However, for international payments in USD you require a Paypal account.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Within India it can take anywhere between 3-10 working days for delivery. Outside India it can take anywhere between 7-21 working days.
